Itinerary:

• 9:00 AM – Pick-up from hotel in Beirut

• 10:00 AM – Arrival at Jiyeh or Batroun beach resort (based on season)

• 11:00 AM – Free time: swim, relax, or enjoy optional spa services

• 1:30 PM – Lunch at a beachside restaurant with local dishes

• 3:00 PM – Optional walk along the coast or water activity (available at extra cost)

• 5:00 PM – Return to Beirut

Price:

• Group tour: $85 per person

• Private tour: $250 per group (up to 4 people)

Customer Cancellations:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour may receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

Tour Cancellations by Us:

If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety issues, or low attendance, we will offer:

• A full refund, or

• A chance to reschedule.

Force Majeure / Unforeseeable Circumstances:

No refunds will be issued if the tour is affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Flight cancellations

• Political unrest, strikes, or security issues

• Government restrictions or emergencies

In such cases, we may offer a reschedule option based on availability, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
