Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour, transportation, or culinary experience with Beirut Skyline Tours. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or an authorized representative.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on the service.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or other approved gateways.

  • For customized or private tours, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by the Customer:

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour/service are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by Beirut Skyline Tours:

    • In rare cases (e.g., weather, safety, or low participation), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

    • Customers will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative date.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Requests to modify the date, time, or type of tour must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Liability

  • Beirut Skyline Tours is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage during the tours.

  • Customers are responsible for their own belongings and safety during any activity.

  • We recommend that all participants have personal travel insurance.

6. Health & Safety

  • Customers must inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions.

  • We adhere to high hygiene standards, especially during food delivery and preparation.

7. Use of Images & Testimonials

  • By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us beforehand.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  • Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide services and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
